Manolito Tinto 2022 - DOC Alentejo
Manolito Tinto 2021 is a wine that brings together two worlds — stainless steel and amphora — in a single glass of identity. Made from Trincadeira, Moreto, and Touriga Nacional, it combines grapes from young and old vines, fermented separately: partly with modern techniques in stainless steel, partly with traditional methods in raw clay amphorae, using only native yeasts.
The result is a red wine with a striking personality and rustic elegance, where fresh red fruit, floral notes, and earthy touches coexist in harmony. On the palate, it is rich, textured, and lively, with present but tamed tannins, and an acidity that gives it an irresistible balance. It finishes long, flavourful, and with soul.
