Produced in Vila Real, in the heart of the "Green Douro", Quinta do Eidinho's Extra Virgin Olive Oil comes from carefully selected olives, harvested at the ideal point of ripeness and cold-pressed to preserve the maximum of their authenticity.
With a mature and balanced profile, this olive oil reveals a medium fruitiness of 3.8, with just the right notes of bitterness (2.5) and pungency (2.0) — characteristics that express the tradition and terroir of the region.
Its analytical values are impressive:
Acidity: just 0.27%, well below the 0.8% limit for extra virgin
Peroxide value: 9.1 meq O₂/kg, reflecting excellent oxidative stability
K232 and K268: within excellence standards, proving the product's purity and freshness
