A single varietal white wine that honours the tradition and elegance of Dão. From vineyards located at an altitude of 400 metres, planted in granitic soils, this 100% Encruzado showcases all its nobility in a profile balanced between freshness, texture, and ageing potential.

On the nose, it reveals citrus aromas (lime, grapefruit peel), floral notes, and a fine mineral background. On the palate, it stands out for its subtle unctuousness, lively acidity, and a persistent and elegant finish. A cellar-worthy white wine, with structure and soul — made to evolve and surprise over time.
